Modular Labs are essential for Research, Pharmaceutical, Food, Chemical, Medical, Bio-tech, Microbiology and institutional R&D facilities. Complete modular ecosystems include storage boxes, leg spaces, slim drawers, sink boxes, reagent racks, corner storages, S.S./P.P. sinks, 3-way swan-neck taps, peg boards, eye washers, safety showers with eye wash, spot extractors, overhead storages, fume hoods, chemical storage racks and GRANITE worktops — configured to your layout and process needs.
Universal System (Pedestal Based)
A free-standing, heavy-duty MS welded under-structure carries the load of storage and granite worktops. Available in standing height (900 mm) and sitting height (750 mm) for flexible, practical layouts while retaining a clean, minimal aesthetic.
- 30×30 mm, 1.6 mm thick MS welded under-structure supports storages & granite.
- Four legs beneath storages ease daily cleaning; storages sit ~200 mm above floor.
- Openable back panels for quick access to utilities and maintenance.
- SS-304 bolted joinery for high strength and long life.
- Fast installation with factory-fitted modules — align & fix.
Slim System (“Sleek” — PP Leg Based)
A modern, elegant system standing on adjustable heavy-duty PP legs concealed by a 150 mm PVC skirting (removable for maintenance). Delivers a crisp, immaculate lab appearance.
- Classy visual profile; PVC skirting acts as plinth — no open gaps at floor level.
- Spill-resistant, hygienic cleaning; avoids objects rolling under benches.
- Openable back panels for leg-space utility access.
- SS-304 bolted joinery across the system for durability.
Worktop Options
- Granite (18–20 mm, G20) — epoxy-impregnated pores for chemical resistance, smooth & shiny finish.
- Phenolic Resin Compact — solid, non-contaminating surfaces for biological/chemical/clinical/analytical labs; high resistance to chemicals, moisture, bacteria/fungi, scratches; withstands continuous heat up to ~350°F.
- Epoxy Resin Matrix — heavy-duty, chemical & flame-resistant; moisture/corrosion/scratch-resistant; also handles continuous heat up to ~350°F.
Modules, Materials & Fittings
- Material: 0.8–1.2 mm GI (Galvanized Iron) — ~5× more corrosion-resistant than common steel.
- Under-Bench Modules: GI sandwich shutters/drawers with sound-reducing bumpers; 95° openable hinges; lockable roller bearings; sturdy telescopic slides (≈35 kg); dual key locks.
- Frame Construction: CR square pipe welded frame with chemical-resistant epoxy powder coat.
- Switches & Sockets: Branded 6/16 A with indicator switches.
- Hardware: MS powder-coated handles; GI visible screws; Godrej/Ebco locks (2 keys); precision slides; Hettich SS/powder-coated hinges.
Storage Systems
- Full-Height Storage with Glass: ~1980×910×480 mm, 4 shelves (5 compartments), snap-shut locking.
- Chemical Storage: Similar to full-height but with chemical-resistant inner coating; optional PP trays; top exhaust provision for ducting/blower via flow-control valve.
- Overhead Storages: Wall-mounted with glass shutters, auto-closing hinges; widths: 600/900 mm; height: ~650 mm; depth: ~325 mm.
- Lockers: 6/9/12/18-door options; full-size ~H 1980×D 480×W 910 mm for staff belongings/utilities.
